At one of our offshore projects mobilizing in Ronne (Denmark) or Gdansk (Poland), we are looking for four
Client Representatives (m/f/d) WTG Installation
to contribute to a polish offshore wind farm project in 14/14 rotations offshore.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the Client Representative (m/f/d) onboard the Installation Vessel, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project execution plans.
- Witness and document all activities, downtime, and key installation phases according to the project program.
- Conduct inspections, including WTG walkdowns, mechanical installations, coating, bolted connections, and general component reviews.
- Prepare and distribute accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR), ensuring sign-off by all relevant parties.
- Participate in safety and quality initiatives, including toolbox talks, safety walks, and review of RA/MS and QHSE documents.
- Interface with contractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with approved procedures, risk assessments, and project standards.
- Support planning, defect reporting, and facilitation of site visits or inspections as required.
Your Profile:
- Offshore Certification: Full GWO Basic Safety Training Certification (WaH > 1 year), offshore medical, HUET, and confined space safety. Experience in offshore lifting operations and LOLER training is essential.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience within the specific package area (WTG installations), with marine awareness qualifications as required by the role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in IT tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based platforms.
- Safety Knowledge: IOSH Managing Safely certification or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong communication abilities both written and verbal.
- Adaptability: Strong ability to operate in challenging offshore environments and contribute effectively to team operations.
Contract & Compensation:
- Contract period: 15th January 2025 until 31st December 2025
- Initial Schedule: 14/14 Rotations with a back2back in day and night shifts
- Day Rate:
- Client Representative (m/f/d) - 3 to 9 years experience in the relevant field: 700€ paid for a 12 hrs offshore working day, half a day rate on travel days, travel costs are compensated
- Senior Client Representative (m/f/d) - more than 10 years experience in the relevant field: 750€ paid for a 12 hrs offshore working day, half a day rate on travel days, travel costs are compensated
