For the Marine Coordination Center of the offshore wind farm Baltic Power, we are currently looking for a

Marine Coordinator (m/f/d) OWF Baltic Power

for our team in Leba starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Support in a 24/7 shift operation within a rotation schedule
• Monitor and coordinate project-related maritime traffic to ensure the smooth execution of offshore activities
• Continuously assess whether the chartered ships for the project meet the requirements of respective offshore work
• Coordinate project-related TETRA digital radio communication to ensure effective communication among various stakeholders
• Prepare, review, and approve work permits while considering safety guidelines
• Facilitate and document daily ship telephone conferences with captains and representatives of all involved vessels

Your profile

• Completed education or degree in the maritime field (at least Master 500GT or experience as a Nautical Watch Officer)
• Maritime radio certificates (ROC/GOC)
• Experience in the offshore wind business and maritime coordination is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and ideally familiar with ECDIS hardware
• Fluent in both Polish and English
• Willingness to work in a rotation schedule
