Document Controller (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Administration and maintenance of project documentation for offshore wind projects.
- Ensuring proper storage and traceability of technical and administrative documents.
- Supporting the creation, review, and approval of documents in collaboration with project teams.
- Coordinating document flows between internal departments and external partners.
- Maintaining and updating document management systems (DMS).
- Conducting regular reviews of document inventories for completeness and accuracy.
- Assisting in the preparation and provision of documentation for audits and certification processes.
Your Profile:
- A completed degree in business or technical studies, ideally related to document management or control.
- Initial professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the offshore wind or renewable energy sector.
- A meticulous and structured work approach with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in working with document management systems (DMS, Aconex, others) and MS Office (SharePoint and others).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluent English language skills (negotiation level). Good German language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
