Job Description
For one of our clients projects we are currently looking for a
HSES Specialist (m/f/d) Landstation BorWin 6
on a temporary basis until the end of 2026 at the Büttel location, full-time.
Your tasks:
- Control of site Permit to Work system and coordination of document flow between subcontractors and site management
- SIMOPS coordination at the construction site
- Performing HSE trainings for subcontractors as per company training matrix
- HSE coordination of shore station construction and commissioning activities under the direction of the site HSE Advisor
- Clarifying safety related issues with all contractors and subcontractors prior to the start of their work
- Organizing the cooperation of employers regarding health and safety issues
- Preparing safety related documents, such as briefing forms, lessons learned, emergency call lists, warning signs for posting, first responder lists etc.
- Participating in site meetings
- Part of ERT team on site
- Reporting of incidents and accidents
- Coordinating with local authorities as required
- Responsible for routine HSE audits and inspections
Your profile:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or HSE science
- Native language skills in German and proficient in English
- Siba and at least 3 years previous experience in construction and/or commissioning of similar energy project
- SiFa and SiGeKo is an advantage
- Previous experience of high voltage electrical systems will be an advantage
- Previous experience in Permit to Work system, Electrical Isolations (LOTO)
- Behavioural Based Safety Training and/or experience in Behavioural Safety programs is an advantage
- Driving License A or/and B
