At one of our projects in Ronne (Denmark), we are looking for a

Client Representative (m/f/d) Pre-Assembly/Harbour

with a focus on overseeing harbour operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe execution of pre-assembly harbour activities in compliance with safety procedures.
  • Monitor and witness harbour activities, ensuring program adherence and accurate recording of timings.
  • Record and document downtime periods (technical, weather, etc.) as per contract requirements.
  • Assist with site visits from personnel and external visitors, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Participate in planning meetings, toolbox talks, and ensure work aligns with project execution plans.
  • Report and document defects and non-conformities using the contractor’s quality and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with QA, HSE, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations at the harbour.
  • Coordinate and support FOU package and vessel loadout activities at the pre-assembly harbour.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Client Representative or in a similar role within offshore or harbour operations.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in harbour/pre-assembly environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills to monitor activities and accurately document project details and progress.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules and handle night or weekend shifts, depending on operational needs.
  • Must be eligible and able to work onsite within the EU.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Danish is highly preferred.

Contract:

  • Contract period: first Client Representative (m/f/d) December 2024 to February 2026, Second Client Representative (m/f/d) January/February 2025 to February 2026
  • Initial Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts starting in December 2024. From February 2025, schedules will vary, with possible night and weekend shifts depending on port activities
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on operational needs. You must be adaptable to varying schedules
