Job Description

For the realization of the Offshore Wind Farm Baltic Eagle from November 2024 until January 2025 we are currently searching for a

HSE Advisor (m/f/d)

to execute the operations in a 14/14 rotation model.

Your tasks:

  • Conduct daily and weekly HSE inspections, ensuring equipment compliance and proper PPE usage
  • Collaborate with project and contractor teams to enforce safety standards and foster a proactive safety culture
  • Monitor incidents, hazardous conditions, and near misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Ensure compliance with local and project-specific HSE legislation, standards, and SchuSiKo guidelines
  • Handle work permits for confined space entry, work at heights, and other high-risk tasks
  • Report HSE KPIs, monitor safety objectives, and work closely with contractors to meet all safety requirements

Your profile:

  • Educational background in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Offshore Certification: GWO certification (First Aid, Sea Survival, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, Working at Heights), Offshore Medical, EuP
  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards, including site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance with local HSE legislation
  • Familiarity with permit-to-work systems, confined space entry, and working at heights
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • Ability to create excellent results through teamwork and develop good relationships with colleagues and external business partners
