To support operations on the BorWin5 Offshore Grid Connection Project, we are currently searching for
Offshore HSE Technicians (m/f/d)
with two positions available, starting February 2025. The platform is currently located in Cadiz, Spain, and shall be installed offshore in the German North Sea as of May 2025.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Compliance: Oversee the implementation and compliance of preventive safety, health, and environmental measures during hook-up and commissioning activities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and manage HSE documentation and reports in English.
- Coordination: Collaborate with international teams to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Training: Provide training to personnel on safety regulations, emergency management, and other HSE-related protocols.
- Work Permits: Manage Work Permits, validating their issuance and compliance.
- Job Safety Analysis: Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for specific tasks.
- Incident Investigation: Participate in incident investigations, if required.
- Emergency Response: Act as part of the Emergency Response Team, following established procedures.
Your Profile:
- Education: Superior Level Technician (m/f/d) in Occupational Risk Prevention (HSE) preferred. Intermediate Level Technician (m/f/d) with demonstrable experience also considered.
- Experience: Offshore sector experience highly desirable. Alternatively, experience in industrial construction or commissioning projects. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Certifications: Must possess valid standard offshore certifications (Offshore Medical, Full GWO or BOSIET/FOET, HUET)
- Skills & Requirements: Fluent in Spanish & English (German is a plus). Capable of managing and preparing documentation in English.
- Strong coordination and teamwork abilities, especially within international environments.
