To support operations on the OWF Baltic Power Project, we are currently searching for
Lead Technicians (m/f/d)
There are two positions available, starting with initial onshore training in Warsaw, Poland, in February 2025, followed by offshore works in Łeba, Poland as per March 2025.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to daily planning and toolbox talks to ensure alignment with the project plan.
- Maintain offshore wind turbine foundation equipment and diagnose structural or safety equipment issues.
- Inspect and clean turbine foundations and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
- Refuel offshore generators and maintain tool and spare part inventories.
- Assemble structural components and train other technicians in operational procedures.
- Report deficiencies and defects in equipment, ensuring high-quality task execution.
- Interface with contractors, daily team managers, and construction team management.
- Participate in toolbox talks and prepare daily progress reports.
Your Profile:
- Education: Relevant technical education or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering. Advanced technical training or specialization in offshore systems preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore maintenance, construction, or related activities, preferably within large-scale wind farm projects. Leadership experience is a plus.
- Skills & Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages such as Polish is an advantage.
- Strong technical problem-solving and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Capable of managing documentation and technical reports in English.
