Specializing in ship and crew management, SeaRenergy Limited offers comprehensive services that encompass the recruitment, employment, and administration of marine and offshore personnel. With over two decades of crew management expertise, our dedicated team efficiently handles a wide array of marine-related services, including planning, logistics, travel arrangements and payroll management.

For our team in Limassol, Cyprus, we are searching for an

Office Administrator (m/f/d)

to join our team on a full-time basis.

Your tasks:

  • General office administration, including handling correspondence, filing, and document management
  • Coordination of travel arrangements for offshore personnel, including flights, accommodation, and transport logistics
  • Support the recruitment and staffing process by maintaining personnel records and assisting with contract administration
  • Assist with payroll processing and tracking employee work schedules
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with external vendors and service providers
  • Communicate with international clients, partners, and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Support the finance team with basic administrative accounting tasks (invoicing, expense tracking)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations

Your profile:

We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience in office administration, logistics, or coordination
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in marine crew management or working with offshore personnel
  • Background in a travel agency (booking flights, hotels, and managing itineraries)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting tasks (invoicing, payroll assistance)
  • Knowledge of the German language is a plus

The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, including a 2-hour lunch break. The role is based in Limassol, Cyprus, in our centrally located office. The contract is permanent and will be signed upon commencement of employment. Vacation days are provided in accordance with Cyprus labor laws. The salary is competitive and will be determined based on qualifications and previous experience, with a 13-salary structure per year.
