SeaRenergy Sp. z o.o. founded in 2022 and located in Gdynia is a subsidiary of SeaRenergy Offshore Holding, a member of the SeaRenergy Group. Being involved in the whole lifecycle of a windfarm including all development stages, SeaRenergy as an independent service provider offers consulting and engineering services as well as extensive execution support for marine operations by providing equipment, vessels, QHSE advisory and project experts for renewable energy projects. The Polish entity is locally engaging with the Polish supply chain and successfully established SeaRenergy Group’s products on the Polish market with the clear target of the Group to actively shape solutions for the sustainable energy supply of today and tomorrow by its innovative power and experience.  

We are aiming to strengthen our team in Gdynia and are currently seeking a

Project Manager (f/m/d) Personnel Projects

with a focus on personnel projects in the offshore wind industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement personnel-related projects for offshore wind farms and offshore platforms – based in our Gdynia office or working remotely.
• Manage and monitor personnel resources for offshore assignments, including scheduling and coordination of crew changes.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Recruiting, HSE Management, and Tender Management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with client-side project managers to support successful collaboration and project delivery.
• Support key project goals, including smooth offshore wind farm construction and the execution of maintenance work packages, in compliance with industry-specific requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, prepare invoices, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage project-related risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with external partners, suppliers, and personnel service providers within the offshore sector.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and analyses.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of tenders related to personnel project scopes.

Your Profile:

• A completed degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, human resource management, engineering, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the wind industry or a similar sector (maritime logistics, O&G, marine construction), ideally with a background in personnel or logistics projects. Crewing experience is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of personnel management processes and offshore operational requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English, spoken and written, to work confidently in an international environment. German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• A conceptual thinker with strong intercultural communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong project management capabilities, organizational talent, and decision-making skills.
