SeaRenergy Sp. z o.o. founded in 2022 and located in Gdynia is a subsidiary of SeaRenergy Offshore Holding, a member of the SeaRenergy Group. Being involved in the whole lifecycle of a windfarm including all development stages, SeaRenergy as an independent service provider offers consulting and engineering services as well as extensive execution support for marine operations by providing equipment, vessels, QHSE advisory and project experts for renewable energy projects. The Polish entity is locally engaging with the Polish supply chain and successfully established SeaRenergy Group’s products on the Polish market with the clear target of the Group to actively shape solutions for the sustainable energy supply of today and tomorrow by its innovative power and experience.
We are aiming to strengthen our team in Gdynia and are currently seeking a
Commercial Administrator (f/m/d) part time (30 hrs/week)
Your tasks:
- Process and verify incoming invoices, including account assignment and posting
- Manage payables and receivables, including reconciliation and payment runs
- Handle dunning procedures and support cash collection
- Act as a link between HR and external partners for payroll coordination
- Maintain vendor and customer master data
- Support financial year-end closing and liaise with tax consultants
- Check travel expenses and credit card statements
- Work closely with the controlling and accounting teams to improve processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in finance/accounting
- Good understanding of Polish accounting and tax regulations
- Knowledge of payroll and social security rules in Poland
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics)
- Fluent in Polish and good command of English; German is a plus
- Accurate, reliable, and organized with a problem-solving mindset
- Team player with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
