Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Site Coordinator (m/f/d) OWF Baltic Eagle
to support the Baltic Eagle Offshore Wind Farm project during the coating campaign scheduled for summer 2025 (End of August 2025). The successful candidate will be based on-site in Mukran/Sassnitz and play a key role in the coordination of site activities, ensuring HSE compliance, and maintaining smooth communication between all involved stakeholders.
Your tasks:
- Coordinate daily site operations for the Baltic Eagle OTS scope coating campaign
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely progress according to schedule
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and reporting standards
- Act as the on-site contact point for project management and client representatives
- Participate in daily briefings, reporting and documentation tasks
- Monitor workforce allocation and shift planning (7-day coverage)
- Interface with quality inspectors, particularly regarding coating (FROSIO/NACE)
Your profile:
- Technical education or degree in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in offshore/onshore coordination, ideally in wind energy
- Certification in coating inspection (FROSIO Level III or NACE Level II/III) preferred
- Strong HSE awareness and relevant training (GWO, HSE certificates)
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic project environment
- Availability to work on-site 7 days a week (shift or rotation model)
